Following our recent announcement on the completion of the acquisition of our new 8" fabrication facility in San Antonio, Texas, we invite you to join our Investor and Analyst Day, which will be held on March 8, 2016 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort and Spa, San Antonio and our San Antonio facility.

This day will include investor and analyst sessions and discussions, Q&A as well as networking opportunities with the TowerJazz executive leadership team. It will also provide investors and analysts an opportunity to learn more about our performance, business and financial strategy looking ahead. Additionally, we will conduct a special "inside the fab" tour in our new manufacturing facility.
